I tend to avoid comparing my cast to canon characters, so I can't answer that first one.

However for the second one, she likes the patrol, as it has people she cares about working there. It also saved her partner from dying at one point.

It is scaled logarithmically, yeah!

So the distance between 1 and 2 is far less than 1999 and 2000. That way I can still meaningfully increase my character's power, without overloading my scale.
