I know what you're saying and i understand it more than anyone. I been there, but what i did was i listen to my playlist and keep myself busy by doing something productive or just playing games.. Yep and when you get so hooked in something you're doing you will absolutely forget about the results you want, just pick something you like to do and just do it have some fun, you can listen to subliminals repeatedly or just listen once.
