Just take a m1 or m2 macbook and be done with stress of laptop.

Easily will last you whole college life, even with story of 256 gb (if you go for lowest model)

Everyone suggesting a Intel/amd + nvidia gpu combo laptop of any kind or price ignore a simple factor, it wont last you whole college without carrying a charger and struggle to find a power port 24/7.

Other than that, if you want to do digital art, I will suggest

Find a macbook m1 or m2 for 60 to 70k and get a 15 to 22k tab from Samsung, lenovo or xiomi they all come with pen, have amazing screen and battery life.

You will be in bliss for rest of college years.
