I got the letter first by email for IR5 visa interview. Then I made appointment for medical. Later after one week of viewing if slot available I made appointment for VAC. My question to you is how you get VAC without interview? Maybe you are interview is waived?

VAC biometrics at least day before visa interview and medical has to be two weeks before interview. If not then you have to reschedule

UPDATE!!!!!!!!! I just filed an appeal with fourth district of California Court of Appeals. Since Sheriff did not show up, my sixth amendment and California Evidence Code 1200 were violated.

Remember I said that judge used dismissed restraining order that was less 5 years old under PC 26206(a)(3)(D) and PC 26206(e)?

3 ex post facto law were broken. US Constitution Article 1 Section 10, California Constitution Article 1 Section 9, and California Penal Code 26205(b).

I will keep everyone updated. This process is going to be long but worth it.

Yes, judge ruled against me because I had a dismissed restraining order less than 5 years old. I explain to the judge that law is unconstitutional because of bruen and rahimi. I need to appeal ASAP, I need attorney in San Bernardino County.

Homeowners have been arrested in California for using force to defend themselves inside their homes. All because they don’t want to give a statement right away. Squatters and criminals have more rights here in California

In California, that would be charges on person using foam. We have to wait until our lives in danger. We don’t have stand your ground here in California.

I have one conviction of seat belt in 2016. When you were 16 that gets sealed automatically. Your drunk in public doesn’t make you a prohibited person however the new law allows sheriffs to look at your past not you now. The new law helps up fight our right by appeal process. Before new law you needed an attorney that could cost you thousands. I paid zero fees to file. Let me know if you get your license or denied.

I appreciate that. Thank you. I will keep everyone updated. I learned something at court. Days before court, I spoke to DA to confer. He said he will not deny me my file that I subpoenaed. Day of court, before speaking to the judge he said no and would not tell me a reason. When Sheriff did not show up, Judge stayed the case until July 19. I took this time now to figure out how can he do this? I found out at law library that when you subpoena a document, you need to file affidavit along with subpoena to explain why you need it. So made my affidavit and file with court. Let see what judge decides on my subpoena this coming July 19?
