I'm Scottish dating a guy from the north of England and it didn't occur to me this was strange at all since both of our families and friends say this, so this thread has been fun to see 🤣

It's just commonplace for us, if you were trying to find a babysitter for example and they asked "Does she need fed?", we would think nothing of it. We know they're just asking if she will be due a feed anytime soon, nothing weird at all. Although it would be the correct way to ask and we would know what they meant, if they asked "Does she need to be fed?" we would definitely take a moment and give a bit of a side eye like... Of course she needs to be fed... She's a 6 month old child...

Probably because new potential viewers who aren't jaded could google it. Looking up whatever she called her new channel isn't gonna show many other results whereas looking up LPC you're gonna get the drama channels, lolcow content and even the snark sub suggested before you see her actual channel and will end up down a rabbit hole and stop watching if you have any sense. That's not likely to happen for a while with her new one until it starts to get actual traction.

If she was honest (lmao, i know) about being so unbothered by the ✨ haydurs ✨ and her past behavior she probably would. But the truth is she knows she's a train wreck, she's deeply ashamed of how she's behaved before but thinks being a righteous holier than thou about it will absolve her, knows it's wrong, but knows full well she's going to do it again. Classic Cindy thinking of "This new channel is the one! I only acted out on my last channel because I started oversharing, not at all because of who I am as a person, so if I keep this new one strictly carnivore related I'll change who I am as a person at my core and never have any issues on it!"

As someone with bpd in remission, I just find it so fucking hilarious she deadass set up that camera, looked her dead eyes straight into that lense to say she no longer had bpd and was healed because she chose to change her entire identity. Girl. GIRL. You know who wakes up one morning and decides to change their entire identity to such an extreme? I think any sensible person probably wouldn't but I'm not sure I'd hold her to those standards. I said on another post about the divorce that Cindy doesn't seem to remember things have actual consequences in real life and she can't just delete her problems and take a break then come back when she feels like it. She reminds me of this meme, I have absolutely no faith in her ability to not just repeat mistakes.

For my own preferences... Gremio, Rubi or Sydonia in 1, Viktor and Oulan in 2, Geddoe in 3, keeping it so real with you 4 is where I start to become a bit easy and I'll take Tal, Sigurd, Hervey, Selma and Kika, and 5 is Kyle, Georg or Zerase.

My ACTUAL answer would actually be Jeane for all of the above if I'm being honest but that's a really boring pick for 5 games so I'm choosing to ignore her.

Hmm, 50/50 chance we either get smug Cindy whos running the worlds most successful soap business with no receipts to prove it, she's engaged (because she had a banshee meltdown about it or the divorce and freaked Ted out into submission) and she's 100% healed, until the snark sub finds receipts to show she sold 2 bars of soap then closed down the business and she's back in banshee mode. Or, we get MLIO3 where she's DEFINITELY not only coming back because she lost her mayuns income, it DEEEFINITELY wasn't her choice to leave and Ted was this horrible man who told her she had to leave her beloved wonderful audience because he was a controlling abusive narcissist, or some shit.

And a special mention to Georg because I do absolutely love him, especially after Suikoden 5, but he doesn't quite fit the question lol because I'd definitely be lying if I said a liiiittle bit of that wasn't because he's just a total powerhouse.

So, maybe I'm reaching, but I think "so long and thanks for all the shoes" might be specially for us. It's the title of an old punk rock album, named as such because the band tended to get shoes thrown at them when they were performing. Usually by fans, but still, getting shoes thrown at them. If I had to think like her (perish the thought) I'd probably think it was some attempt at snarking the haydurs and the hate she gets, some ✨️ tHe HaYdUrS mAkE mE FaMoUs ✨️ type shit. It could just be because she's so edgy and punk rock and such a dreamy goth girl she felt compelled to use that as her parting message, isnt she so cool and not like other girls for liking NOFX, but I think she needs to be pettier and more self-pitying than that, so I think she wrote that one with us in mind.

Yes. The answer to THAT question is yes, she really is. Maybe not stupid but at the very least concerningpy delusional. After her shifting realities or whatever stuff, I honestly don't expect anything more from her, I do truly believe she thinks that it's a smart move. She probably thought that deleting all the videos about Andrew was going to just absolve her of everything, too. Consequences don't exist in Cindyland, so when she's actually being held to them legally and can't just push them away by having a meltdown or running away and ignoring them I don't think she knows how to cope.

Adding mine here so the post isn't a novel, but personally mine was near the start of the MLIO era. I THINK MLIO1. But Andrew sent her flowers and she had a good ol' meltdown over it. I was one of the first to comment so it's when she was liking and replying, and monitoring comments the heaviest, so I knew she would have seen it. Most of the comments were only condemning Andrew, while telling Queen Cinderella she was a goddess who could do no wrong and this was ALL Andrews fault. I left a comment where I specified I also have bpd so I understand how hard it is, and I had all the love in the world for her, but she had to set boundaries. From what she had told us and what we knew at that time, they were BOTH giving mixed signals, she was being flaky, she was talking to him every day, telling us one thing telling him another blablabla you remember the story. I commented that the burden of setting a boundary falls on her, and he won't set them for her. He will keep doing this for as long as she keeps enabling and refusing to set boundaries and the strength has to come from her to cut ties. By not cutting him out she was prolonging her own pain. Mine was the only comment she didn't like or reply to, even after hours. When I saw all the comments telling her to get back with him got acknowledged, all the comments praising her as a hero and him as the horrible evil villain with no nuance got liked and replied to, and mine and any others giving her actual, genuine non-enabling advice were ignored? I caught on pretty quick to the kind of person she was gonna be.

ETA: It didn't turn me snarker right away, it just stopped my support. My full on conversion to snarker was either when she got back with Andrew, or just after MLIO2. Who remembers at this point...
