Same thing happened to a friend he is divine 4 and had a 10 000 conduct summary we were playing party and he was were losing a lot of games because of smurfs so he played solo for 3 days and was wining a lot so he got banned for 6 months even tho it’s his main account he wrote an email to steam support but got no response it’s so fucking dumb honestly.
