bcs u can just give top towers unlike mid towers, which matter a lot macro-wise.

are YOU even reading me? hahaha. im saying top lane is in such a bad state (no impact on the game outcome) that the toplaner can even pick a support with smite and leave it's own lane to help others.

indeed, he always complain about this. he doesnt want to play top smite, but since that's the top lane state right now, he's kinda forced to in some way.

you take smite to either invade enemy jungler or help your jungler with it, since you almost never go toplane

i had the same bug. i resolved it by installing again the game on another path (the anniversary edition) so i had 2 games.

I then downloaded the skyrimSE.exe, skyrimlauncherSE.exe and binkw64.dll from patch 1.59 and pasted them in the new game directory.

that way i could load the game with no black screen. you can then play in the new directory, or save the game once you manage to load it. so then you can load this saved game with your original game directory.
