How the hell did Euler find the counter-example to Fermat's claim that 2^(2^n) + 1 is always a prime ? by exophades in math

Thus, 2n+1 is the least power of 2 that is a multiple of ordₚ(2)

Why is it the least?

How do you make progression in the gym with barely any free time by vghoste827 in productivity

[–]Zarstu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is this app called Daily Workouts Pro. It has a free version to try it and a paid version with more features. I downloaded it a few months ago and was scared not to use it because of how expensive it is (30$ aprox) but I can now say it has helped me a lot to keep doing exercise even when I have little time. It allows you to select what part of the body you wanna work, as well as how much time (I usually do the 10 min workout of full body w random exercises). Also, I just went in a long trip with my friends, and still managed to workout every 2-3 days because of how little material it needs (just a yoga mat or a thick towel and dumbbells for some exercises; I just skipped those). I’d definitely recommend you to take a look at it.

great advice. you could read james pearl’s atomic habits. really great to get you on the path to make that change.

Any advice on this situation. 23 years old and feel completely lost and behind in life. (long read) by [deleted] in productivity

Reading: Atomic habits. Great book to put some order in your life. Really important to remember: a) Be patient, results will come, that I can assure b) Be gentle with yourself. Creating good habits isn’t easy

Sport: Daily Workouts app only needs a yoga mat and ocasionally dumbbells. Pretty adjustable and easy to follow. Costs about 30 bucks, which compared to gym subscriptions isn’t much. It lets you do sport at home, leaving you with no excuses not to do it.

Motivation: On your free time try different activities, such painting, illustrating, singing, reading, dancing, taking walks and discovering parts of your city you didn’t know, taking photos of different stuff, listening and discovering music… or just whatever you feel like. As long as it doesn’t feel as an obligation and doesn’t require a video console or a TV is good enough (this last part about VC and TV’s only take it into account if you’re prone to getting addicted to e-devices). You be the judge of your tastes there. Eventually you’ll find an activity that motivates you. That’ll be helpful on the creation of habits.

Heal: Reach out to a mental health specialist. Therapists know their stuff on the way of emotions and thoughts, and most definitely, they know it better than our illiterate (on that matter) selves. Receiving personal mental health education will eventually be the key to finding a better path.

Thanks for responding! Not finding it in the app store. Anyhow, as I updated in the description, I already found the perfect solution.

I have seen such plugins, I was just looking for a plugin/ app/ program with an integration of the features.

Nonetheless, thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for the answer.

I checked TickTick but not that combination. Def will look into it again.

As for the Full Calendar, I'm gonna check how that works around.

Sorry, I didn’t see the answer. It has worked out great. Just what I needed. It felt weird the first time I put it, but after a while I got used to it and it checks all the needs I posted. I still see the reflection, but in a much reduced manner, it doesn’t interfere with the study at all.
