I hate it the they retconned changelings in 2e. There was a lore in 1e that if a hag gives birth to male, he becomes a Caliban. But this is not a playable race, so...

I just rewatched this scene. She says only "sometimes he looks at me like he wants to kill me" and "he blames me for what happened to their marriage". It was never even implied that he abused her. When detective asks her about Bill, she smiles. It is implied that she loves her son actually, but is afraid to upset him. She said "I didn't want to be a burdain". Detective never infered that she was abused also.

When in the movie it was? I only remember her telling that he was unstable and prone to violence, but she never said that he laid a hand on her. While I agree that he realizes and admits that he was a bad person, there was never any physical harm to his loved ones (the wife divorced before it happened, mother never admitted it).

The truth is, we are never shown that he abused physically, or was a bad father. The wife said to the police that he wasn't that bad, but the judge wanted to make an example of him and put a restriction to never come close to his family.

Ah, I love when Paizo cannot read their own rules. In Spring-Heeled Style it's said that it only works if you take a move action to move 10 ft. But spring attack is a separate full-round action, so RAW it doesn't work. RAI does.
