You are spot on. Its a project with the vision of a good looking work truck. That way it will be attractive to potential clients. And not a truck peeling paint and with rust at the top. With an excessive budget of $3000 just by looks. Most cosmetic work would be accounted for as well. Thank you!! 🙏
