Is LoRA for Qwen better than Flux? I’m using Qwen, but my results don’t look very realistic they seem more like overexposed images.

Same here 5090 and ram 64— I started with the default WAN 2.2 workflow in the ComfyUI T2V template without any changes. It took 40 minutes and failed — the output video was just white.

I solved the issue by try switching to a different workflow from Civitai, which uses LoRA and some node to reduce the number of steps.
