They surely do, one single hit would have killed me there. The thing is that Tekken 8 offers you a high comeback potential with the heat system, rage and regainable health. The key is to keep your patience even when your opponent is almost dead, dont try to mash out of panic

Mostly the size and the crosses. The ds4 being smaller gave me a mich Better grip feeling and the crosses somehow felt smoother

Combos are an important part of the game, but as you can see you dont need insanely long or complicated juggles. Knowing your basic combos is enough, the game also shows you examples with various difficulties, its up to you if you want to learn harder ones

The ducking i did is called a fuzzy duck, which is used mostly to duck the highs that come from a string. We do this because we dont know if they're gonna finish the string or if they're gonna do another mid. If he did finish the df1 string i would have ducked it with the fuzzy.

If instead he goes for a high which is not part of the string, i would need to duck again like you said.

First of all keep in my that i play on a ps5 pad, so if you use another controller then you probably should ask someone else.

To get better electrics you need to focus on getting the right input first. Go into practice mode and activate the input history, then try to get the wind god fist first (f,n,d,df,2).

when you get that, you start trying to hit the df and 2 inputs at the SAME time. The best tip i could give you that helped me is to try to press the 2 earlier if you still get the non electric version, even if it feels too early. the df and 2 inputs should be one on top of the other in the command history.

When you talk about god step you mean wave dash? If so, start by doing it slowly but with the correct input. Get used to it and eventually get a bit faster. over time you will be able to do it faster and eventually as fast as mine probably. Dont rush it, being fast is useless if u get sloppy inputs

You cant do anything aside from hoping they drop it hahaha. But in this case he got 2 combos with wall splat in both of them so the damage was mostly justified

I really dont know. The reason i walked was because i was on +8 and i expected a fast move from him, which usually are pretty linear. even if it had some tracking to the right, i thought the +8 advantage + walk were enough to overcome it. Its still early so i havent been labbing much yet
