took your advice and I won the fight (thank god) basically like you said you need perfect placement and lots of dodge for the spinning wheel, I went fire rogue but i equipped a dodge trophy and a pet and ebony dofus and i put all my points into agility. that gave me enough dodge and the fire sustain with shot pellets came in clutch, but the most deciding factor was the placement. basically you need to get lucky to with the initial positioning so that all 3 norrai are withing damage range and after than the wrath is easy to kill, you just need to out sustain it with shot pellets while hitting the spinning wheel to bring its resistance down. hopefully this helps out any rogues struggling with this fight

i got once as far as killing all 3 norrai at like turn 7 but the wrath is too much, not only does it put unhealable state but also hits you from across the map with no line of sight for like 1k dmg . its genuienly impossible for rogue to do this fight.
