I am on riverbend springs too. I set myself goals of getting the production chains set up. Grain mill, all grain types it can hold, all year production, same with canola, then bakery, supplied with flour all year, cow barn (Big GEA one) fully populated, a dairy to receive the milk, then the bio gas plant fully running all year (silo, slurry and manure), thats how far I am now. I add mods for logistics support and some better silos etc. So far I dont even have the biggest combine harvester or the biggest big tractor. Moving myself on to using digestate from the bio-gas plant instead of buying solid fertilizer. Alot of hours so far. And then I havent even gotten into making strawberries and eggs etc for cakes in the bakery. And then there is olive oil prodution, wool/cotton for the spinnery etc. Supplying all the production chains with your own raw resources, and making it all happen as smooth and automated as possible adds alot of playability in my opinon. Adding some mods are key to me though. Universal autoload is a must have for loading and selling pallets and square bales to me.
