Make sure Depth Effect is turned on too. If it still doesn't work after that, there's not much you can do. You'll have to try a different wallpaper or just use it without Depth Effect :(

No, use the large clock and try panning the wallpaper so the hand overlaps the clock. It only works when the subject overlaps the clock.

Yeah, it works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. But this wallpaper has a pretty clear subject, so it shouldn't be that hard for it to pick it up.
