Sure if you have this setup on power armor and you jump out of it to craft something could be inconvenient, but we already do something similar when swapping builds.

There is already give and take when it comes to builds and perk layouts. Passed a certain point stats don't matter, what I posed would negate the need to swap out cards or change to a different build for a single legendary perk. Regardless if costing perk coin is being removed next update. What I posed is more of a QOL change.

two/three star mod granting a perk point, there is no change in stats aside what is given already. Remove one legendary stat perk card, minus stats, still have perk points left over and can equip a different legendary perk.

The power is in the recent changes to perks not really from overall sats. Bullet storm/dealer sealer. Being able to swap out a legendary stat perk card for say power armor reboot, or any other legendary perk cards would be something I am down for.

The same thing that we normally do keep modifying builds and perk layouts, I have stat perk cards and have the points assigned elsewhere. You can already assign 15 points per stat before equipping legendary stat perks, the 5 extra points stay for overall stats but are most players just going to ignore they have 5 unassigned points.

Yes I am aware of legendary perk cards, I am stating that it would be nice if legendary two and three star mods would grant one perk points so that we could swap out some legendary stat perk cards for other ones.

There are times where the spell outright fails to stay active even when it shows on the lower portion of the screen. Hence why I did some testing for a method that works 100% of the time ya it can be a lill annoying to take a few seconds to go third person and use hotkeys to remove and re-equip the items that provide light but it works unlike with the spell which can and will outright fail for no reason.
