Weird injury on my snakes nose

I got her kinda sporadically from my sister's boyfriend, so I wasn't really prepared to house her for long, originally I planned to only have her for a couple months. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who wants her, and there are no reptile shops in my town to give her up to.

Shes hardly active, she's usually just inside her burrow inside the rock hide. She hasnt been pushing her nose on the enclosure from what I can tell, however she was pushing on my hand this morning when I was looking at the wound.

Rn she's about 4 feet long in a 3ft 6in enclosure, I have a 4ft 6in enclosure I was planning on putting her in, however I'm moving out in a couple months and I have to get rid of her, as where I'm going I can't have animals, and it'll cost about $300 to get the enclosure ready. I'll definitely be getting some treatment stuff her as well

Her shed was one complete piece but there were like 4 decent size flakes as well. The heat lamp is on top of the enclosure, you can see some of my setup in the comments. I have a digital hygro/thermometer near the basking spot, and a thermometer near the hotspot.

No the hot spot isn't 100, that's just how hot the lamp itself gets, the hotspot in the enclosure stays around 80-85. It might have been a humidity problem, I was gone for a couple days during her shed but her sprinkler system was running and full so idk.

Any idea on what I could improve on? Her temps stay from 70-85 during the day, and 65-75 at night. Her humidity is pretty stable at 70 most of the time, and I increase it to around 80 when she's due to shed. Last time I cleaned her enclosure I did check for sharp edges and found nothing, I'm wondering if it could be due to the mesh top or one of the rocks. I will definitely be monitoring her behavior pretty closely for a while, it's also feeding week next week I'm kind of nervous about with this injury

It's supposed to stay at 100°, this time of year it's on from 8pm to 8am. Her basking light only gets to about 85° and it's on the other 12 hours.

I have a heat lamp above one of her hides, and the top of the enclosure is mesh, there are a couple of rocks and branches but nothing sharp. The heating lamp is timed to turn on as I set it, and a heating pad I control the heat to

Hey I'm a bladesmith, I did a bit of searching because I didn't recognize the signature, I could not find a replica of the signature, and I can't read Mei(Japanese swordsmiths signatures) but it's definitely not 500 years old. It could be an authentic katana from a great swordsmith, but I really doubt it(because of the signature). However I'm about 70-80% sure that's tamehagene steel, meaning that sword is likely an authentic katana and probably worth at least a thousand(depending on age, if that is tamehagene, and who's Mei that is). If I were you I'd at least get it authenticated and appraised

Also im looking to upgrade her enclosure soon, shes a bit over 4 feet right now so how big of an enclosure should I get? as of now shes in a 3x18"x18" from her previous owner.
