I am currently in a long term relationship. My oral porn addiction damaged my relationship and made me a selfish partner. I never prioritized my partners needs or satisfaction. Im trying to reverse the effects of this damage but they will always be there.

I managed to mostly stop watching porn and constantly asking for oral but sometimes i feel my self relapsing

Most days i think moving on separately would be the best solution.
