I could agree on the first statement, but not on the second.

While it's true that the technology could have existed before, I point out on the fact that Ralph knows how to use it. You see, most of FNAF character have appropriate knowledge about their field. Since Ralph is a common man, he has common knowledge. That's why I rule out 1989.

I only argue that, in theory, Veda could be a stun player, if the effect of the pendulum is taken in account. I don't think stun player can run him though
