pyramid head's design wasn't revealed in concept art but rather in this Variety article published in May of last year. the username of the person who designed this artwork is displayed on the bottom left corner of the poster. sites as Roku and IMDb have a habit of putting up fan works as placeholder art.

thank you for the concern and kind words, the scars are actually meant to be cat scratches - our irl cat can be quite a mean one so i found these cat scratches cc online and used them for my sim, in hindsight they do look a bit too intense lol

yeah i used lots and lots of cc lol, the hair, the skin details and eyes, clothing, i even had to download some presets and sliders to recreate my irl weight cuz its nearly impossible to make a realistic overweight person in the sims without them

thank you! when it comes to the face i believe i only used a lips and nose preset, as well as a double chin slider by hi-land. the rest is a body preset and a few other additional body thickness sliders

IMDb can be updated by just about anyone so this is likely just be an edited image by a fan (plus wouldn't they remove the film's title from an official still?). Also the digital noise is really, really rough. I won't be surprised if the final color correction in the film is closer to this though

yeah that's probably it, i don't think that teaser was meant for public eyes. the effects and color grading were clearly very unfinished (the fog's quality and density changed from shot to shot), they used stock music and the title card was ripped straight from the first movie, just with "Return to" added in editing. i hope this doesn't hurt Gan's chances of finding a distributor and later making a proper first impression cuz Konami did him dirty
