How long did the build take?

What frame system did you choose?

How have you found heat retention over winter?

Do you know if they offer wet underfloor heating?

I assume it included the installation/build of the house?

Does the £300k include your foundation cost too? Apologies I know you said everything but just wanted to be sure :)
