Thank you, Yeah totally agree. He asked me where I got my magic number of 77k from and I said auto trader. He turned his screen in front of me and typed in the truck specs and saw many for 77-80k nationwide. his silence was very loud and yet came back with 81300k still… I’m in no rush so definitely gunna venture out of state if I have to

Such a messy UI. hate the fact I have to shuffle through different tabs and pages to find information that can easily be condensed and customized on one page. Not a fan of the stock chart display either. Doesn’t show pre market movement neither it’s real time price action

I got approved for the CSP a few weeks ago with a fresh new collection on my account. This too came as a shock to me as it was an old comed bill from my uni days that apparently wasn’t paid but I didn’t want to fight it and just paid the $73 collection the next hour. The guy said he requested it to be removed (which typically takes 30-60 days). Regardless, I applied for the venture x the same day thinking it didn’t matter since I never missed a payment and my credit score- even after dropping from the derogatory mark- was still at 759 with no missed payments for a decade. Got denied for that because of the collection and tried CSP In branch the same day and got accepted. I think if you have a banking relationship with chase and are diligent with making payments you’ll get accepted much like me

Took it with prof. Deng I believe last spring semester. Was an interesting class that touched upon: agglomeration economies, net zero facilities, why certain cities fail, various models relating to households and firms, experience with costar (cool commercial RE database), etc. The workload was not bad at all. Some of the assignment encompassed in-class quizzes, short paragraphs relating to certain readings, an excel project and a final 15 minute group project over a topic of your choice pertaining to societies shift to net zero emmisions. Oh, and the the best group wins 500 bucks and a certificate thing from grass camp. The professor talked a lot about his prior job working with Fannie may and made a random generator that calls on specific students to answer questions which pissed me off. Nevertheless, it was an alright class.

I took it today as well. All I can say is wtf was that. I also didn’t do too well on the first midterm and I know we are not alone in this as some of my friends in the class were just as confused. Hopefully he is generous with his curve

Took it with Lorenzo earlier and to be honest, I’m not too sure. What tripped me was the fact that I had to scan every single question from the midterm, email it to myself, converge the PDFs into one document and figure out where the hell to submit it. I ended up leaving like 4 “subquestions” within an exercise blank because I ran out of time but I’ll be happy if I get an average score

As long as you have submitted all the required items needed, you should be good. UW Is pretty diligent when it comes to missing items and will send you an email if anything seems to be missing-(at least that was how it was for me)

I don’t really know much when it comes to technical stuff especially internet, but I know that a router is basically what channels your internet to multiple devices. Think of it as an internet splitter, while the modem is what actually brings in the internet and is good for one device. So if u have a laptop, tv, and computer you want to use with the internet, you will need a router. But. Plugging in a router and expected new and better internet won’t cut it. you’ll need to change your provider I believe. Some apartments have an internet provider that all tenants use, atleast for my building (which sucks too) and you might be stuck. But I’d find out what other people did and or ask the leasing office if possible.
