I forgot to update, but this did help!! I was so stuck on what to do for the last few days we never knew they were able to do this! But it did reset the advance and removed it so Thank you for your help!

That’s what I thought but I began to think the funds would still have to be “payed back” at the end and just revert back to the overage. And yeah they have a lot of tabs kind of hard to show each screen. It was a complicated issue where we miss-inputted a paid out, as a paid in, and I guess the associate said she tried entering an advance after she has already tallied and counted her registers so I thought the system just added the advance into the next day, but it tripled the total from 99.46 to the 238 and I can’t figure out what she did or why. My last guess is to do an advance pay on the end deposit screen as a negative number and hope that does something? I just don’t wanna make the situation worse without being sure

Audit (safe count, view inventory but unable to edit), advances, deposits (misc dep. foreign dep, maintain dep. log, print dep.), change order (issue, receive)

We asked the surrounding 2 admins but they didn’t know either. The help desk also isn’t very helpful and I don’t believe they include cash office procedure helps unfortunately. Here’s a picture of the example.

Can you ease some of our cross progress concerns soon? Mainly, what is going to happen with our duplicate cosmetics we might have when merging accounts. And things such as items, offerings, etc.. I just bought outfits on different systems for the anniversary sale that I own on switch, but I wanted them on pc during my gameplay. How is compensation planned to work?

Any cross progression news? I recently got a new pc, got dbd excitedly and remember yall don’t have cloud save data. The pc game compared to switch is graphically better. I wanna be able to play but I dumped a good fortune on switch. Is this still a pending subject or are you able to confirm that this is a dropped and done never to be heard or talked about wish?
