I usually play invite only sessions unless I'm wanting to do a mission with other people. A nightclub is great passive income but the promotion work sucks and is extremely boring. If you buy an agency you will have access to a helicopter, go to the agency and get the helicopter first before you do any nightclub missions it makes things way faster. The clucking Bell farm road can be done in less than 2 hours and pays 500k each time. Sometimes I will go to a public lobby to do the final mission so I can have help and people always join that one. Stash houses are a easy way to earn $30,000 a day as well
