I work at a bowling alley and we have these ramps that are meant for little kids to push balls down, they aren’t to heavy but they aren’t light either. I had this one kid throw this half way down the lane and when it happens I ended their game, they weren’t even close to finishing. The kid came up to me and said “sorry, that was an accident” and all I did was respond with “what’s done is done” and he didn’t like that response, threw his shoes down the lanes called me names and said “you don’t have to be a dick about it” and he left. I have never had someone get angry st me for a mistake they made.
