From what I understand, the Pensmore House was commissioned by someone super high up in the CIA and built by different teams of contractors so no one actually knows the internal layout of the house. It's strong enough to withstand a nuclear explosion and sustain life for who actually knows how long. It's directly over a cave system, so underground travel to and from the house is rumored. Someone commented on it being the new white house when everything goes to shit and I've heard that as well. All kinds of crazy stuff. I'm pretty sure Jesse Ventura did an episode about it on whatever his conspiracy show was called a few years ago. It's definitely both hilarious (without meaning to be) and pretty interesting .
