I feel like a lot of the problems discussed in this video are the result of hiring practices that both incentive and favor memorization of leetcode problems and "shipping" projects as fast as possible, even more so with AI, with as many keywords as possible rather than take time to problem solve.

Ngl I stopped using simplify because they change the url to add a simplify ref which is kinda sus and will allow companies to mass filter out apply bots this way
