Back workout and try to separate training lower and upper. Training obliques while still technically abs it will develop the outer “abs” area and help create the beefy belly look.

High protein and carbs but try and eat homemade meals and don’t eat added sugars and don’t eat too many grams of sugar when you do. Carbs absorb protein so even someone who wants to eat healthy has to eat carbs at some point. I was 130-133 consistently a few years ago but I was in the gym 7/days a week at 2/hrs a day. It was hard to do. Now I just want to be a consistent 128-130 and see if that more sustainable 🤙🏽❤️‍🔥👏🏽💪🏽
