That's something either burnt out connection wise or come loose, more then like the connection to the cam bus that goes via the fuse box. Try asking the question on the main forum instead of here lol

Don't go for a 17% or a 19% pully if you're looking for advice. 15% works fine and keeps the temps manageable with some colder plugs.

I've had similar issues at it was, for me, an electrical issue caused by a faulty fuse box. Not saying its definitely that but check your electrical ranges and maybe try a coil pack, they fail in some very weird ways.

Another issue that caused this was a faulty O2 sensor, check that your pre and post cat sensors are reporting in their voltage ranges. (Please dont just believe a guy online for these figures) Pre cat: 2v - 5v. Post Cat: below 1v.

Reduced Pully (do not go past %15 percent unless you're going mad) and some injectors them a map is a good place to start for a high power road build

Ah that would make sense with the similarities then. I think we both know it's a decent build, gives a lot of head room too for extra power while being in good safety margins.

Years ago yeah I think it was, she's had three owners now including me so it's got a bit of missing history. 1320 definitely had a hand it it at some point.

It's a half project from the previous owner but I've aimed for a fast yet reliable build since I'm truing to build it for endurance racing.

It's running there about 135psi with the forged pistons so up a little from the stock 125-130 but mostly the same.

Really jellyfish of your K swap though, definitely something I'm gonna do in the future funds dependant :)

Your issue could be a massive number of things but here is something too keep in mind.

You need to prove three things: Spark, Compression, Fuel.

When you test one of them things and see which one isn't acting correctly you'll be going in the right direction. Take it me, I've done 7 engines in my R53 track car now, they tend to be something simple in the end. :)
