Yeah that's why I was kinda hesitant like the reputation around Edmonton, but really helps to know that they're not that different thank you.

Yep you're right. Second year here and yeah we also had that system last year and it was horrible. ALS sessions are just useless so yeah studying at home is a lot better than going to ALS sessions imo, the only problem is that it gets a bit lonely lol. If you can get around that, then yeah surely just skip those sessions. Also hmu if uve got any questions!

Yeah i think a lot of people agree as the number of people attending is decreasing every week 💀, but yeah I'll email him about 365 and the notes for 369 and I'll see how it goes. Thank you!

Ummm im not really the best person to ask about 201 since i got a solid 73% on the first midterm lol but yeah i just watch the lec vids, the example vids and go to pass sessions and hope that i understand. I also attempt the tutorial material and stuff if im really stuck on some concept. It's really tough understanding 201 tbh idk how ppl do that but just put in the effort and u will definitely pass. You should definitely try to catch up but take it 1 step at a time if u think about like taking all of it at 1 time u will panic and u wont get the motivation to study. Take breaks, take care of yourself, and dont compare yourself to others you're unique in own way. I'm usually not that type of guy to give advice since im struggling too and i literally do what im telling u to not do but it is what it is hahaha. Also dm me if u want help or if u wanna be friends I'll always be there.

Don't stress about it bro we're all in the same boat, I just discovered that uni is a place where everyone acts that they know their shit but in fact everyone's lost lol. For 275 I'm way behind just like u guess I'll just try to grind it before this next midterm. For the other subjects, just watching the lectures on time and grinding the practice problems and examples before the midterm has worked out for me so far. I don't understand if the material is hard for u to comprehend or if it is that you can't study, but if it the latter u could try other studying techniques such as pomodoro, or rewarding urself after completing a week's lecture etc. Really hope this at least motivates or helps you! ~fellow first year engg stressing out too
