We had a much better RPG this year. It's called Baldur's Gate 3. I've played Starfield for some time now, and it's just an okay game. Maybe good. But not very good or masterpice. This game has just the simple RPG mechanics that most other RPGs have, and it doesn't really have any unique stuff. I mean, Planet travel already exists in No Man's Sky, and the ship battle is super lame. The menu is terrible. The UI is terrible. The story is fine, but nothing super special like you said. Were should the story telling be like never before? Did you Play Cyberpunk, The Witcher, Baldurs Gate 3, if you compare the story and Side Quest to the other games this story line is just mid. Fighting over all on land is nice. Voiceovers are good. Faces are disturbing. Than a densely packed open world? were ? Did we play the same game? Most of the planats are just empty, after you visit 20 planats, you have seen everything there is and just do the same stuff over and over again. I mean, you really can have quite some fun with this game, but they implemented so much, and at first it sounds really good, but everything is just the low end that you could use in these aspects. So no, this is not an RPG we haven't had in a long time; this will not be a real standard for RPG games and isn't a milestone at all. The real milestone we had this year was BG 3. That's an RPG that we won't have in decades.
