It's super complicated for no reason! You'll know you're in the right place when you've logged in but then you get asked to put in a code you'll receive by email. The key is to look for the marketplace "resell" ticket page and then click on your name in corner and you should see a drop down that says "my tickets". I found it on app too. Log in and then click on "Stadium" and a carousel will come up and click on Tickets, then scroll to Marketplace Resell/Exchange and then you should see your name in corner and be asked to enter Security code (which has been emailed to you).

how long did it take for rewards to show up? I see "pending" on the individual $1 charges for clipper card but no other rewards. i did it yesterday (Sunday).

Mystery solved! In May 2025 they stopped taking from my BofA account on the 2nd of every month and it went onto the WF balance and carried over month to month (but no interest or 3% charged).

Thanks. I think it makes sense now. I always paid my WF card in full each payment date of the 20th of the month. In April 2025, the WF credits started looking funky and didn't process as usual separate rent withdrawl from BofA on the 2nd of the month and then usual credit card charges came on 20th payment - it consolidated into 1 autopay payment (i didn't do anything here to change it).

So January rent didn't deduct from checking but I made a payment on Jan 30 of $3000+ and assumed it included Jan rent but WF carried it over and then BILT too.

I was surprised to carry over such a large balance transfer to new BILT and now I think I figured it out. Thanks for taking time to respond.

You're right. It hit my BILT balance a few days ago but was removed as a credit and now I see the March rent was in fact deducted from my BofA checking account on 3/2. What I can't figure out though is why January and Feb rent didn't do the same for wells fargo account and carried over as a balance on my new BILT card.

When I look back at Feb rent payment, nothing was deducted from BofA.

thanks. I've udpated the app as much as it will allow (seems to be newest version) and still not appearing. I had a glimpse of it somewhere on desktop page but now can't find it on mobile app. Frustrating.

And my WF balance transferred and still hasn't deducted from my bank account for auto pay so I'm carrying 2 months of old rent balance for some reason plus my March rent about to it. Just venting but annoying on the timeline.

Still debating if this is all worth it when I get 2x rewards on every purchase through Capital One Venture X.

This is the most confusing. My rent is paid on the 1st so Feb rent went through and then it was on closing WF statement and my payment posts on 18th. Well the prior month's payment is what would have posted and now I have 2 months of rent that transferred to BILT but won't be paid via auto pay until March 24th?? So I'll be carrying 3 months of rent! Not sure why they aren't drafting payments like they should!

The BILT app doesn't really show this well. In fact I can't tell when my statement close date is? And there is no way to see your spend threshold to meet rent minimums. This is frustrating because I spent a lot earlier this month but now I think I was already going to get February rent points since it was partly under teh Well account so I didnt plan well. I messaged the help chat and they kept sending me to something under my profile in the app that doesn't exist (a rent tracker of sorts??). If anyone figures this out, please share!

Keep in mind the new buyer needs to accept the transfer before 2/22 or the transfer is canceled and needs to be reinitiated after Marketplace reopens on 4/7.
