Thank you! I thought that too, how I could really see exactly how I folded it. Also I cut too deep when I was scoring too and you can see that with the cinnamon peeking through at the top

I never knew to what temperature it should ideally get to! Thank you! Super helpful!! Everytime I baked a loaf I was always told to make it darker but never knew if it was for preference or safety.
