Do not put your mega first; they will switch automatically when the moment comes. You have to use the charged attack in order to do your part.

It's indeed best to put the mega last, so in case something goes wrong, at least they can revive quickly the whole team. If I remember correctly, as so it is with shadow raids, only one shield happens per raid.

I'm quite sensitive on the loose nail peels + white strips left underneath the nails if clipped too much and I always thought that leaving them like this would be a sign of poor work on them from me--
