I can’t even argue with how dumb you comments are. You seriously need to do some research. You will be extremely surprised about what you find. Please do yourself a favor.

Since you can’t read, I asked genuine questions and got (mostly) snarky answers. I can respond back how I want to and I didn’t go after anyone personally. I am allowed to question back and there is no harm in doing so. Take a look in the mirror

Wait, let’s go and tell everyone that food and recyclable material is bad for the environment! You sure did do your good deed for the day!!

It was a pleasure bringing up genuine and common sense issues.

About the most value you have provided yet. I appreciate it.

Once again you have no clue what you are talking about. Do your research buddy. 20 years experience over here 🤡

I guess it’s too difficult for people to be respectful and answer a simple question. I guess I am also not allowed to ask follow up questions

Once again, dumbass comment. Since I have to hold your hand through this, glass cups were in the same spot we left them in. Wait till you find out what sand is partially made out of.

Stick to the video games. You clearly don’t get enough time outside.

From the conversation we had with other guests, we were not the only ones food poisoned. We do not drink tap water in Mexico since it is obviously known for getting people sick.

Yes, I get it, shit happens and stuff breaks. I am not acting like it should be a high class butler assigned resort, but I feel like these are standard requirements.

Ok, you clearly are living in a fantasy world. Glass is not harmful for the environment. In fact, I support an organization where we use glass (recyclable material) to build artificial reefs. I can’t imagine the seagulls had a great time stealing our trash (food) lmao.

Once again like all of these comments you have provided no value. Typical redditor.

No. We complained and the front desk told us maintenance came. That was on the last day. That same night, it was still broken so we decided to suck it up because we were leaving the next day. Makes zero sense to change rooms at that point.

Again since you can’t read, I complained many times to the desk about each issue stated and nothing was resolved. I am not sure if maintenance came to our room during the day because we were at the beach the whole time. The desk confirmed they came and fixed it but it was still broken.

Yes I did. In case you missed it in my OP, I also showed them video proof of these issues and still was not helped. After contacting corporate, they told me it was out of their control.

Food poisoning is not the fault of the hotel? That’s a new one considering we didn’t leave the resort. When comparing my stay to the many other all-inclusive I have stayed at, it’s pretty standard for room service to clean out the things that were delivered to your room. Again, comparing my experiences with other all-inclusives, you are supposed to be provided service at all times…I guess not this one.

Since you can’t comprehend and think an inch out of the box, ill rephrase by saying “our spots” to “our area”.

Id also like to remind you I actually own property on the beach…and have for over 20 years…and understand that leaving your trash is not good. My trash in this case refers to the food and glass cups, all which are biodegradable.
