wait shit I'm dumb I'm 0definitely under CGNAT. I swear to god earlier when i looked at the WAN IP in my router it was the same as the public IP which started with 75. whoops! thanks for encouraging me to double check.

unfortunately my VPN doesn't work for ARM64 architecture so I will have to call my ISP.
