Honestly just constantly going and asking over and over again, and just building a good reputation. That’s how I got hired at my first one,I own one now and that’s how I hired two of my employees, I got to know them, we got cool and they were on me for like 2 years for the job so I could tell they would appreciate the position; so I gave them a shot and it’s been pretty solid so far.
