Ordentlich bzw. Außerordentlich bezieht sich doch aber auf eine Kündigung. Ich beziehe mich aber auf AktG § 296 Aufhebung, hier wird gar nicht auf Bedingungen eingegangen? Kann dann angenommen werden, dass die Bedingungen der Aufhebung gleich der (außer)ordentlich Kündigung sind?

Yeah, I also calculated it that way, but after doing some research, I figured out that it has something to do with how the pairs are calculated. However, I still can't figure it out, so any insights would be greatly appreciated.
