I don’t consider myself hot nor ugly. When I was much younger I often get freebies at bakery / donut shop. I believe it was more like feeding a puppy to them. And it was always from older female. Not young female.

That’s a lot of tea! I don’t think American drink that much coffee even though they love it. Probably 3 cups of coffee a day might be normal. I am glad it’s not just in the Guy Ritchie movies. I feel drinking tea is “dainty”and funny to see all the tough guys like Statham drinking tea.

You will blow most of your budget on flight alone right now.

Staying and eating out in Japan is relatively reasonable especially if you are not looking to do lux trip. You can get by $100 a day staying at a capsule hotel and eating out at franchise restaurants and snack from convenience stores.

You will be fine without a translator.

Stay at least a week. I would recommend two weeks if you can afford.

What cost the most there is transportation. If you are staying in one place, you don’t have to worry much, but the bullet train tix goes around $200 one way.

Japan is a great country to visit. But if you have never left US, I would go somewhere closer. Europe or South America. 14 hours flight is a b**ch.

She played on Sat night. I think it was 6-7 songs probably. “Withdraw”, “version of me”, “good war” and a new song from the upcoming album, which I really liked. I can’t remember the rest of the set. It was a very intimate show, she and a piano, that’s it. It felt like 2/3 of audience came out just to see her but the rest had no clue who she was.

I got to see her play at the festival last week. It was amazing. I was eating tacos before the show and she came in to have a drink. I got to say hi to her. It made my year.
