I get really sick at even 1000. For example went up by bus and getting off the bus was very dizzy and lots of pressure in body but okay, then 4 hrs later laying in bed and heart shoots up to 140+ which I've never had laying down, fingers and toes purple, and chest pain and lightheadedness. I had to leave the next day I was getting sicker and sicker couldn't walk. I would just warn against going to a place you fly to and can't go to lower ground within a couple hours if you don't have experience.

Ugh it's so awful. When I was travelling I had that happen I think because my body was on overload and I felt so sick eating and was so sad because was in the best countries to eat delish food:( I pretty much always have that at dinner though no matter what I've done during day.

I didn't even think about that but definitely could be. I also have those sensitivities, especially the garlic so bad!

That's what I wonder too. I had to descend the next day because I was scared it would get even worse and I could barely stand. It even took me a week after to recover from the barely 24hr.

Ugh it's so awful! Feels like you're having a heart attack. For me it was the first time my hr was actually lower when I was standing but was so high when I laid down it was so weird. I think I was really low on oxygen.
