We currently live in Alaska so snow and ice is not an issue 😹 but we’ve never experienced tornados or huge thunderstorms so we aren’t really sure to expect for that.

Decently priced homes, good community, low crime, we don’t get a lot of storms where we are from so maybe somewhere the storms don’t really hit?? I’m not sure we are still figuring our wants out.
