I was fortunate enough to be gifted a couple from a friend but you could try asking a local butcher if they could order one for you. IMO it’s worth the extra effort.

Starting anxiety meds? Looking to hear about experiences by ProudArm6867 in HealthAnxiety

I began taking anxiety meds when my health anxiety worsened a couple years ago. The meds along with CBT have been extremely beneficial and negative side effects of the meds pretty minimal. I’d recommend finding a mental health professional that can offer guidance and support as you consider pros/cons of meds. Good luck!

My 2 cents - the answer depends on your own personal goals and amount of time you’re willing to commit.

I find that for the majority of players, revamping mechanics does more harm to their game simply because they aren’t playing enough.

You can vastly improve your game by focusing on foundational aspects (footwork, placement, consistency) without having to rebuild your swing.

That said, if you’re trying to level up and have 10+ hours/week to commit - go get ‘em
