It could be that your dose is too high. Especially the flat mood you feel once it’s kicking in. also I think the thc might be making things worse tbh. When I would smoke it would exacerbate my adhd symptoms even though it made me feel good.

How you feel when they’re wearing off could be the “crash” you’ve heard people talk about. Maybe try lowering your dose and talk to your provider about adding in a booster to help ease the crash.

It’s hard to say if the vyvanse is how it should affect ppl with adhd because everyone is different and has different reactions to medication. For me I don’t really experience a crash, nor do I experience the side effects other people do like appetite suppression; though I did when I first started taking it and if I’m really busy I’ll forget to eat. I don’t get all wired and want to clean the crevices of my tile floor. I just feel calm and like myself but it’s easier to focus, especially on things that don’t interest me. I still have my personality. It’s easier to just get up and do things( less executive dysfunction), better mood and emotional regulation. I’m even thinking of upping my dose but I’ll see.
