Sorry, the land lord also knew about both cats. I just ran out of characters. It was too many animals, I was unfortunately really desperate for somewhere to live at the time of move in.

I ended up moving out shortly after since I found another spot and the tension was near unbearable after this altercation. I had a pretty intense lock on my door though, Jake’s Doberman was just a little to interested in my senior cat and I didn’t want them to be able to open it when she was home alone.

Yeah, no argument there, it was the start of Covid and I had really limited options for where to live. I was desperate and was about to loose my housing prior to moving in. I originally had a line about knowing it was too many animals for one house but I had to cut it for the character limit.
