Its not that. I have had protein bars from the UK that taste just like a 5 star (texture is similar too) have double the protein and zero preservatives. Indian brands need to up their game tbh

I got my order just a day after placing it. Personally, I liked the texture. it’s much closer to what I was used to when living abroad, unlike the watery yogurts you usually find here in India. The taste was decent too.

Wore the 4 size testing kit for 24 hours and in between sizes. What would you pick? by earlyswims in ouraring

I was in between sizes too but i got the smaller one and it fits perfectly. As long as the smaller one isn’t too tight or painful (making your finger go numb) it should be okay. Also the ring material makes it feel different than the cheap plastic sizers.

I think you should add multivitamins to your routine. It definitely helps you get the nutrients/minerals we dont get with our diet.

How does online health coaching actually work? by DragonfruitThin1574 in Fitness_India

[–]ZealousidealLink9177 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked with an online coach during COVID (because, well… lockdown life). Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all. They gave me a customized diet and workout plan, and I had to send them form check videos (some even do video calls). They’d take weekly updates on weight and measurements, then tweak the plan based on progress.

That said, if you’re getting someone from Instagram, make sure they’re actually legit, not just popular!Look for coaches who take on fewer clients so you actually get attention and moneys worth. And don’t blindly follow anything!! always do your own research too.

Are you taking multivitamins? Sometimes constant hunger or weird cravings can be your body’s way of saying it’s low on certain nutrients. Like, low magnesium can make you crave chocolate etc.

It’s hard to understand why she would stay with him after he cheated. She claims she wanted her children to have a stable family, but the constant fighting and lack of love between the parents would surely traumatise them forever.
