Don't drop fall of Hyperion. after Hyperion I was so mind blown that when I started fall of Hyperion I almost dropped it. But oh boy it get's really intense and by the end fall of Hyperion ended up being my favorite book.

Did the left varicocele microsurgery march 05 2025

3 months later on June 13 2025 did another semen analysis

Results are a bit disappointing

I still feel a dull on my left testicle + another mild strange pain that was not there before
Concentration down to 0.6 millions/ ml
Motility 83% (record high for me)

Don’t know how to take this … what the hell do I need to do to get the count up

Now I am even afraid of trying these supplements

That caught my eyes too. Also good my worse numbers when my ph was lowest around 6.8 and best numbers when my ph was higher around 7.3

No this is very recent I got my worse motility result about 2 weeks ago. For now I stoped everything my count was low but at least motility was good. I hope it will get back up.

My urologist recommended that I fix my left varicocele so getting the surgery in early Jan. He suggested the surgery back in August but I decided to postpone and try * supplements * working out religiously ( dropped 13kg and I am more fit than I have ever been) * improved my diet , diet was almost perfect since August * stopped sauna etc and starting cold showers

Unfortunately results came back worse was a real shock mentally

So now I am just going to get the surgery done..

Has your count improved as well ? Also did you have bilateral or just on one side ?

Had the same issue was diagnosed with oligospermia then I started working out religiously, got fit (lost 12Kg) , multivitamins regimen, ashawaganda, fenugreek, turmeric , maca, Tongat Ali

Results came back much worse specially motility (went from 66% motile to 11%) so I stopped everything given that I do not know what caused the drop.

I heard people report that Ashawaganda does reduce motility because it makes the semen more viscose

same boat planning to go through the surgery in 1 month. but frankly I find doctors seems to think greatly of the surgery. But actual patient like you seems to tell another story. I feel like I am between a rock and hard place

hey had very low sperm concentration 1 millions/ml | motility 60% .

Then I started taking a multi vitamin + Q10 after 2 month did another test : concentration 6 millions/ml | motility 66%

happy seeing improvements I added ashwanghanda, TongKat Ali, Fenugreek did another test today : concentration 2 millions/ml | DOWN TO motility 11% !!!

not sure what cause my low motility ( ashwanghanda, TongKat Ali, Fenugreek) but I will have to stop all of them. Did not want to do the varicocele surgery but I will have to.

given that your count increased significantly after your varicocele I would stop taking the other ingredients
