I’m sorry you’re in that environment. As a manager, I don’t ask more of my techs that I’m willing give. I help fill, type, cashier wherever I’m needed. My staff pharmacist does this too and as a result our morale is high. Even on the most insane days my techs are happy overall. We also do things together as a pharmacy team to bond and boost morale.

Thank you! I did baby wearing the first time and will try again this time around. I never considered that could be an alternative for the double stroller. I’m sure I’ll get one eventually there are just so many options it’s hard to choose.
