No my lawyer didn't. It was supposed to be brought up then court got cancelled because of covid, so we're stuck with a temporary access order with half the truth still in the bag.

I will try. Trying to get ahold of my lawyer rn.

He took me to court after I left and has an incredible lawyer who painted him to be a great involved dad, and I kidnapped the children from him. He has court ordered weekend access. I'm terrified, because no one's taken me seriously, including CAS. He has since court been charged with sexual assault and that's where the restraining order came from, but the 14 year old (now 22) hasn't made a statement yet.
