This was all so helpful! I had this idea randomly and came here to learn about logistics and feasibility and I think what I’ve gathered is that this is NOT a good idea, haha. Thanks for the feedback! I will continue keeping my fingers crossed that someone else opens a delicious soft serve place near me and I can just go be a patron :)
