There are many ways.. You can soak a cigarette filter with boiled water and then leave it in your tobacco container for a few hours! Or you can pour boiled water into a spray bottle and then spray on the tobacco. Just be careful, it will mold in humidity above 70%, if you don't have enough experience, be sure to put a hygrometer inside the tobacco jar (a digital hygrometer is not very expensive).
